MISSION
Full of C.L.A.S.S., LLC is a faith-based organization established
by the Fullers to provide career development, mentoring and guidance for
underprivileged youth entering or striving to enter the professional arena.
Racheal Fuller, Esq.: Founder & CEO
Racheal was born in Trinidad, West Indies and grew up in New York City. Three years
after graduating from Bronx Leadership Academy High School, she
graduated with honors from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a
Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in sociology. She was inducted into Alpha Phi Sigma, a national honor society for students majoring in criminal justice that have achieved academic excellence. She then
continued on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University
School of Law with a concentration in litigation. She is a member of Phi Alpha
Delta, a professional law fraternity and is currently a
licensed Ohio attorney.
Racheal has worked with the youth in various
settings including volunteer dance instructor at Groove With Me, a dance
studio for girls in Harlem, NY, youth sunday school teacher at her
previous church and volunteer judge for the New York Urban Debate
League. She is passionate about helping the younger generation through
personal, educational, professional and spiritual development.
Rashaad Fuller: - Co-founder & President
Rashaad Fuller was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from Bedford High School and then pursued his college education at the University of Pittsburgh. After his freshman year, he transferred to Wright State University where he was blessed to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a Master in Applied Behavioral Science with a focus on criminal justice, and a Master in Public Administration. While at Wright State, Rashaad joined the Iota Phi Theta Fraternity. Along with these accolades, he was named to “Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges” for the year 2000.
Rashaad has served as an assistant probation officer for Montgomery County in Dayton Ohio, substitute high school teacher and has tutored children with a number of disabling conditions, including autism. He currently serves as a member of management with a federal agency.
Rashaad is heavily involved with ministry through music, teaching, mentoring and preaching the Word of God. Currently, he is an Associate Pastor at the Lost and Found Church located in Solon Ohio. He has a passion and a unique gift for uplifting men and helping them realize their purpose in Christ.
Trudy-Ann Powell, Esq.: Vice President
Trudy hails from Jamaica, where she spent her entire childhood. In 2006, she matriculated into the historic Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Spanish. She graduated from Fisk University Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society. While at Fisk, Trudy became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. As a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Trudy has participated in numerous community service activities, including the Big Brother, Big Sister Etiquette Program.
Trudy earned her Juris Doctor in May, 2013 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. Throughout her years at Case she served in many leadership positions including Chair of the Student Diversity Committee. She also sat on the Faculty-Student Diversity Committee and played a role in creating the law school’s Diversity Strategic Action Plan. Trudy worked as a 10th grade instructor for the Law and Leadership Institute, a pipeline academic law program for students from underserved communities. As a newly licensed attorney, Trudy has served as a law clerk to Judge Cassandra Collier-Williams.
Kayla S. Griffin is a native of Youngstown, OH and a proud graduate of Chaney High School where she served in leadership positions for a host of organizations. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, minoring in Pan-African Studies and Political Science from Kent State University. She is currently completing her Juris Doctor degree at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
Kayla is also a licensed minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. which has allowed her to experience God’s favor from a whole new perspective. She has worked at the Akron Black Male Summit, mentored Cleveland high school students in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3R’s program, serves on the local Black Law Students Association executive board and the junior executive board of Cleveland’s Hunger Alliance, has co-authored a book entitled "Mission 31 Vitality" and is the founder and CEO of Do More, a non-profit organized to support at-risk minorities.
